Lance Neuhauser is President of Mediaocean, the modern system of record for omnichannel advertising.
Lance was previously CEO of 4C, a global data science and marketing technology company, which sold to Mediaocean in July 2020. He currently serves as the Learning Chair for the New York Metro chapter of Young Presidents’ Organization, previously serving as the Membership chair, and also holds membership in the Chicago chapter. Lance also hosts The Squeeze, a podcast that brings together and examines media, marketing, and pop culture. In 2016, Lance founded the Sweet Home Chicago Golf Invitational, an annual charity golf tournament benefiting Little Kids Rock, where he also serves as a member of the board of advisors. Through the Executive Leadership Program at Harvard Business School, Lance is pursuing his second MBA. Earlier in his career, Lance founded The Echo System, served as EVP, U.S. Director of Digital at PHD Media, and was Co-Founder & Managing Director of Resolution Media, which sold to Omnicom. When he’s not helping lead the team at Mediaocean, Lance can be found at home with his wife in the suburbs of Chicago, wrapped around their daughter’s little finger.
